One of the UK's largest energy providers

Our consultant ran a major business design exercise as a precursor for the procurement of an Energy Risk Management (ERM) solution for the energy provider's Commercial department. This included mapping the 'as is' business processes and defining the 'to be' business model to manage the billions of pounds of energy managed through the demand forecasting, trade and settlement processes. This role also included an advisory activity for initiating the overall transformation programme and procurement exercise.

A major city financial institution

Our consultant project managed the delivery of a global Microsoft SharePoint solution as part of a business transformation programme. This role included running a multi-discipline team of on-shore and off-shore resources to deliver a requirements analysis and design exercise, solution implementation using an agile methodology, testing and deployment. The initial solution was made live within three months.

A global fitness and leisure group

Our consultant acted as a trusted advisor to this group for a significant review of a partially completed IT project. The role included supporting the client by managing a complete review of plan, budget, team and solution for the delivery of a global membership and EPOS solution. Other tasks included putting in place a structured delivery methodology and reviewing longer term aspirations including service delivery model, infrastructure requirements and running a rapid procurement exercise for the selection of a new CRM solution.

Public sector client - health service

Our consultant project managed the delivery of a solution to improve training facilities for radiologists. The bespoke solution enabled radiologists at disparate locations across the country to anonymise, classify and collate large radiological images (such as DICOM) into a single central database to be used for training purposes. This enabled the subsequent training of radiologists to be both accelerated and improved in quality.
