Project management

Verulam follow a PRINCE2 based approach to project management. We bring the right tools for each unique assignment - and ensure the right level of governance to fit the delivery style required.

We are flexible on methodologies and will use what fits your business best, for example we have expertise in both agile and structured waterfall approaches.

Project review

It is best practice to regularly review long-term projects. Verulam offer a rapid review service, taking input from across the project team and assessing the maturity of the project structure and deliverables. Regular independent project reviews provide confidence that you are doing things right, and highlight any corrective action if required.

Project recovery

Sometimes things go wrong! Verulam can help get you back on track. Following an initial project review we can work with you to set the right strategy for delivery. Failure is often linked to the four steps of programme management being ignored, we can help put the rigour for delivery in place.
